"Called at approximately 12:00 pm. The technician was at my house before 3:00, evaluated the problem (it was the Refrigerator Defrost Timer - he had a spare part with him). The fridge was fixed and he was gone by 3:30! Very knowledgeable and professional. I had this repair done in the past by another service. "Honest and knowledgeable technician - highly recommend! My refrigerator suddenly started leaking from the freezer drawer and wouldn’t stop. I called the company and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly (a clogged drain line) and cleaned up all the pieces he had disassembled.
